DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

We hope your order has arrived in perfect condition, if however you believe your order is faulty or damaged please email info@altfield.com with the Order Number/Product Name/Images of the damaged item, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note ex-display items may have small cosmetic imperfections, including dirty marks, creasing, pile crushing, thread pulls, stitching irregularities & natural blemishes on leather items, these are not considered faulty or damaged. Additional notes have been made on the product pages where applicable.
